Children’s Consignment Sale
I was pretty excited when I saw this sign in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, just as I was about to turn up Lick Creek Road. Yep! I bought 5 of those children, took ‘em home and we had a great Christmas. Although, they weren’t as cheap as that highway I adopted last year – and they’re a lot messier. Come to think of it, that highway doesn’t need braces, either… Then again, I could never teach that highway to sing Silent Night. All in all, I think I’ll get a pretty good return on my investment if I ever clean ‘em up and consign ‘em myself. Oh! If you find some children on consignment, be sure and get a receipt, so you can take ’em back if they don’t fit.
